FastPass+ for Parades

Does anyone know if there is way to book a FastPass+ for the Electrical Parade on My Disney Experience? I seem to only be able to book rides/attractions, but have heard FastPass+ is available for parades. Thanks!!

At some point close in to our trip (10/4-9) I was suddenly able to get a FP+ for MSEP. It was pretty good, too! So keep on checking the site.

Parades do show up but closer to the date it seems and they go quickly.

We are less than a week away and I have been checking several times a day for Illuminations FP+. Still nothing

I've read on here that FP for Illuminations isn't great, anyway. Crowded and not a particularly good spot.

We are leaving Tuesday and were checking for weeks until MSEP and Wishes opened up for the 30th about 10 days ago. We have not seen anything for either event on any November dates.

I just spoke to MS. CM said you are not able to book FP+ for EP on MDE. She advised it has to done at the MB kiosk in the park. Hmmm, not sure if this is accurate, but I plan on checking MDE frequently anyway.

We have one for the 30th booked through MDE. Also have one for Wishes that day.

Thanks Winky65. I knew the CM couldn't be right! Especially since I see a link for FP for the parades!

We booked the daytime parade @ MK & Fantasmic week of Columbus Day. Fantasmic was available early on but the parade showed up later along with EP & Wishes. Probably about 2-3 weeks prior to travel. I think they are still testing FP+ for MK parades.

That wasn't true when I booked it, because I was still in Tacoma when I booked it. Saw MSEP October 7th in the FP+ spot.

How far in advance of the parade or fireworks are you told to arrive with the fp+? Just wondering if this is a good use of a fp, or if you end up getting there as early as you would to stake out a spot anyway?

I enjoyed it for Illuminations, felt it was a huge waste for Wishes.

The Illuminations viewing is behind the shops that face the lagoon as you enter into the world showcase area.

You are right at the water, the shop is behind you and you have a straight on view of the globe.

The view was fantastic, we arrived 15 mins before show time.
