FastPass+ for my entire group

I am the one spearheading the planning for our upcoming WDW trip. This will be around our 20th trip but I want to try using the FastPass+.

When I go to my personal MyDisneyExperience, I can make FastPass+ selections for myself, my husband and our two year old daughter but I'd like to make reservations for my other family also. When I try to include the rest of my family that I have listed it says they aren't eligible for MyMagic+.

Can someone help me troubleshoot this?

Do they have park tickets linked to my Disney experience that could be one reason you can't.

Do they have mde accounts with the reservation and tickets linked? Have you invited them and they accepted so you can see them?

Yes, I have invited all of them and they have accepted my request. I have everyone's resort reservation linked to my account also. It still says they aren't eligible. Is the MyMagic+ still in the testing phase where only some people are chosen? It really stinks because I want to get us all fastpasses ahead of time.

Ok, I think I may have found one issue. Under my mom's resort reservation, it should be her, my dad, my sister and my sister's boyfriend. However, on MDE, it shows my mom, my dad and my name twice? I don't understand why I'm on there. I don't really want to call and talk to technical support but it looks like I will have to.
