FastPass+ for Be Our Guest

Hello!

I am working on the final details for our first trip to Disney with my 3 year old daughters. Based on reviews (mostly by my sister who has been there) I would really like to have lunch at the Be Our Guest restaurant, but the thought of standing in line for a long time with two 3 year olds makes me nervous... While searching the internet to figure out when they started serving lunch, I've found a couple references to using Fast Pass + for the counter service meal?! But I can't find anything on HOW to do that... I have been through My Disney Experience a ton of times, but can't figure it out... Is there a secret?! Has anybody done this?!

Call Disney and get your reservation # you will need to Book your FP+ reservation for BOG. They will know what to give you. It's on its own web page. That's how I did it back in November, don't know if that is still they way they are doing it.

You'll need your MDE confirmation number that is all numbers, no letters. You can find this on the MDE under "Magic Bands and Cards"

Since you were not invited to the website, it is likely that you will not get a confirmation number for your BOG FP+. Those who have done this so far have been fine. When they go up to the FP+ entrance, and give their names, they are on the list.

I called Disney - she had no idea what I was talking about... Kept giving me the resort confirmation # (the one that has letters)... I went to MDE and clicked on "Magic Bands and Cards" and I see no numbers... I clicked on my band, and it shows an ID number, but that also has letters in it. (I tried it without the letters, no success....)

Any other ideas?!

Are you using DME? (Disney's Magical Express?) I think the number is on your luggage tags. It is 12 digits, all numbers.

If you're having trouble finding the reservation ID, log into MDE and go to My Reservations. Under the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations section, hover over (don't click) the Check In Online link. Your browser should show the URL of the link in the bottom left hand corner. It should look like this:

https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/trip/online-check-in/resort-reservation-id/123456789012/

The last numbers are your reservation ID.

Hope this helps someone. We didn't hear about this until after we paid and received bands, so had some trouble finding the ID.

Thank you! I'm not the OP, but this helped me a bunch. I have been trying to get into the reservation site all day, and I couldn't figure it out. I was using my hotel reservation number instead of the Magic Band confirmation number. FWIW- I also had to omit the apostrophe from my last name even though it is shown on the MB confirmation. I'm still too far out to get a FP+ for BOG lunch, but I'm so excited that I can at least get into the site and stalk it.

Does anyone know when this opens up - is it 30 days before your trip, the 1st day of the month before, etc?

I'm trying to figure out when I need to start trying.

It is very short term. Most DISers have found that the FP+ window opens around the 15th of the previous month. I think it has varied though. The dates seem to open up month by month.
