Fastpass during EMH

Hiya everybody!

I was just wondering whether you can collect fastpass tickets during the EMH? For example can I get fastpass tickets for peter pan between 8-10am or do they only start issuing them once the ride opens at 10am?

the fastpass machines are usually only operative from 10am.

We had two busy days last June and the fastpass machines for PP and Buzz were opened from about 9.30 because queues were already 20-30 minutes. Other days though they were not open until 10.
