Most likely all the FP's will be gone by evening, especially for the major rides. It will depend on the time of year but as a rule most will be gone.

They start FP distribution over when EMH begin for Test Track, but I think that is the only ride...not sure why...

At MGM they started FP distribution again after the park had closed. The beginning times I saw were about an hour into the EMH and that was just as they opened them. They had them for both RnR and ToT when we were there. The park was more packed than any day I had been there excluding the Star Wars weekends though.

We were at AK in April and FP's were all gone early in the day for EE. They were open again once EMH's started.

Just another confirming that they do not give out FP's during the day for the Extra Magic Hours at night. They reset and begin distributing them when the EMH hours begin.
