Fastpass during EMH

Does the fastpass system still work after normal closing time? If all the fastpasses had already been passed out during the day, does it restart for EMH or do you just use the standby lines?

For the major attractions (and probably also depending on whether it's a busy season or not) the Fast Pass machines are re-opened at the start of the evening EMH.
