Fastpass day Wednesday! (4/03/19)

Ours was this morning as well. We got everything we wanted less FOP. Not a big deal as I purchased Disney After Hours Animal Kingdom tickets for June 4th so I am sure we will make a few rounds that night.

Mine was today too. Of course my kid needed a ride to school because her usual ride cancelled - super rare event. I said “seriously today of all days!” I took her early but was 7 min late starting and it made all the difference. Couldn’t get SDD day 4 at all. Got later FOP day 5. ToT was fairly poor times. Even late in my 2 week trip I couldn’t get the rides we wanted at 9,10,11 except the last couple days. This has never been an issue. Of course the 7 min late start hurt a lot but dang even after tweaking times were not perfect like I usually can do. I was surprised ToT had worse availability than I have typically seen. I am happy we mostly got our stuff but still surprised at how much worse than it normally is for me (and yes the delay hurt me a lot but I usually have no issues with wide open choices second week of s 2 week trip)

Kids are at recess so I have time to post. Arrived at my school today 5 minutes before the window opened. Right at 6 my time I went for Mine Train. On 60+1 all they had was after 4. So I went to 60+3...tried for the 1:15...someone was faster than me! :rolleyes: So it gave me the 1:50 time. I wanted to be out of the park by 1, but we can hang till 2! :D That's an EMH evening, so we'll head back to the resort around 2:30, I'll give son some pool time and then we'll go get our kosher meal off-site and head back to the park around 6 and hang out through EMH close. :cool1::goodvibes

Every other day was easy peasy! MK on 60+1 was a breeze. Decided to rope drop BTMRR as the first time for that one was also late afternoon. Doing a FP for HM, PotC, and Splash. EPCOT, I'll be modifying once we use that 9:40 TT FP. Going to rope drop FEA and standby on Soarin. I want to FP the Mickey Greet, but can't till I use those others.

So excited! Can't wait to try the refresh when we get there! :cheer2:

How did it go? Our FP day was today too, it went more smoothly than I expected!! I got what we wanted, now I'm too excited to go back to bed :banana:

There's an update here on page 2 :cloud9:

This is exactly what I was going to say: leave early, arrive early at school and do what you need to do. It's only one day, and the sacrifice of getting up early /leaving early is worth the payoff of having the Fast Pass.

Alternately, how old is your son? Could HE make the Fast Passes for you?

I did leave early as another post of mine mentioned. I was on right at 6am my time 7am Eastern. I knew Mine Train only had afternoon times, but I was crossing my fingers for a bit earlier than 1:50. I will just try refreshing on the day of, or dropping that FP since my son and I will be doing EMH that evening and we'll save Mine Train for very last. As of now, the park is scheduled to close at midnight that day. And no...if you look in my signature you'll see my son is only 11. :p He was getting ready for school. So he wouldn't have been able to schedule them even if he knew how.

@yorkieteacher, my update is here! :goodvibes

Well, son made it home before 7am but my system hero crashing. Didn’t get exact times we hoped for but got the experiences at different times. It was tough for 10 people for 7 park days to be honest.
Will be worth it but my son was running on empty after working and was a little stressed as it was his first “experience” trying the FP system. Did his ADRs with no problems.:surfweb:
Now, just more waiting...:earsboy::earsgirl::earsboy::earsgirl::earsgirl::earsboy:princess:princess::earboy2:princess:...:hourglass

I share a little of your pain. I have to get fast passes for 10 people for 5 park days. My great nephew is under 2 or I would have had to get the passes for 11 people. Last year I had 12.

Our last trip I was booking for 10, I feel your pain! It gets so much harder with the larger groups!
