Fastpass change by Disney for 7DMT

Can I just vent... Just got an email from Disney changing my 7DMT FP on 9/15. They changed the pass to splash mountain and then gave me the same time as my ADR.

Let just overlook that they deleted my FP for the most popular ride so I'll now have to wait in a super long line.... I'm just really upset that they gave me a time that is the same as my ADR. It's their system so they should be able to see that I have dinner plans the same hour they "helpfully" changed this pass to.

Did anyone else have their Mine FP on 9/15 get changed or was it just those with 6-7 times.

Other poster is correct...they canceled all FP's at the end of the night. My 6-7 was canceled and experience changed. It seems that a lot of 5:30-6:30's are still ok though.

Just one more reason why I hate this new system ... they expect you to do all this pre-planning and then they pull the rug out from under you ... how about some real customer service ... free tix to the party ...

The least they could do is give you a fp for the same ride at a different time, or an open fp for MT on that date. You didn't do anything wrong to force them to change it. I would be livid.

They can give you an open fastpass or several for ANY ride in compensation so don't give up calling. We had a nightmare last trip where kiddo and my A&E disappeared when my DH and Mom said "I don't need to go. You take pics and we'll leave those spots for another kid." With a CM on the phone (I wanted to make sure I didn't mess up!) it cancelled it and was gone before the CM could pick it back up. There are things they can do if you get the right person.

That's terrible, I hope you get it back.

The way the parties cut into the day at MK and the number of parties is already a pet peeve of mine but this is just a horrible way to treat people.

Do the "any ride" FP's exclude the 7DMT these days? If they took my 7DMT spot, I'd need something that would replace that specific ride.

They did that for me for the FP that disappeared. They gave me a "Select One Experience" FP good for normal park hours, so 9am-7pm, but under the details it say it can only be used for Haunted Mansion. So I'm sure they can give you one just for 7DMT.

They did that for me for the FP that disappeared. They gave me a "Select One Experience" FP good for normal park hours, so 9am-7pm, but under the details it say it can only be used for Haunted Mansion. So I'm sure they can give you one just for 7DMT.

My 7DMT was cancelled. I called twice, and on second call, I pointed out that they had lied to me the first time, that I wasn't dumb, and that I had other friends w/ FP+ for Mine Train earlier in the same day so it's not "refurbishment" as I was told in my first call. They gave me the select one experience for 7DMT for regular park hours, anytime, 9-7.
