Fastpass+ Booking - MDE saying we don't have tickets, but showing on MDE

Hello, hope someone can help with this. This is our first time using the FP+ system. We've prepared our daily plans and have our FP+ preferences at the ready. We reach 60 days tomorrow. We are just checking through the details today to book at 12 noon tomorrow. When we have logged on to MDE we can see the details for the five of us and we can see the park tickets for all five of us. However, when we have clicked on the Fastpass+ menu, we can create a FP+ group of five of us but then we get a message saying 'we don't see tickets for these guests' (all five names are listed).

Our friends (who go a few weeks before us) have told us that they could see their tickets and practise booking 30 days out??? We tried reassuring ourselves that we received this message because it's still more than 60 days and we'd be ok tomorrow at 12 noon. Getting a bit nervous!!
 
It will all be fine once your booking window opens up. It is because the system doesn't see your tickets as valid until you are eligible to book, if you have booked a package including tickets.
 
Thank you for that. Huge reassurance. Just spotted your 'ticker' countdown number is the same as ours!!:)
 

Major Panic - logged on to MDE just before 12 to book our Fastpass+'s. On my laptop I continued to get the message that 'we don't see tickets for these guests'. By 12:07 I was panicking that all the times I wanted would have gone.

Luckily I had the MDE app on my phone which worked - all Fastpasses booked. My laptop still won't let me select date and park as it should. It's a pity there was no way to check this in advance.

It is strange - I've been advised to use the laptop or pc not the pad or phone but I'll have them all side by side when our window opens!
 
Try an alternate browser
some have reported that it would not work properly with chrome, or firefox. No set rule (might even be down to settings, such as allowing flash, or plugin version)
