I have seen that I can book attractions using fastpass+ on the Disney website. I am not sure what days we are doing what although I have a good idea, but does this really need to be done? will I be missing out if I didn't bother and just did the normal fastpass on the day when there?

thanks

You will have to use FP+ as that is all there is now.

I would suggest booking some days in advance but you can still book on the day or while you are there. We did on our recent trip as we renewed our APs so couldn't pre-book as we didn't have valid tickets.

so for joe public arriving on the day if a queue is massive that's just tough luck?? seems like that's a step backwards to me

FP+ can be pre-booked or booked on the day. You get 3 FP a day that you can pre-book and as from Monday once you have used those you can book additional ones subject to availability in the kiosks in the parks.

Been back about two weeks. I was questioned about fast pass+ and I said it was good but you needed to be able to book other fast passes once you used your three.
A lot of other people must have said the same?
