Fastpass and Rehab Question

Next Monday is my 60 day deadline and I will be making fastpass bookings. Can I assume that if the attraction shows on the list, that it will not be taken down for rehab in the next 60 days? (Obviously there can be exceptions for emergencies but generally speaking) Conversely, if the attraction is not showing and it normally would, can I assume that it is under rehab and will not be activated? (I have the website for scheduled rehabs, just wondering if it is worth monitoring). Thanks

No guarantees.
Ever.

There can be quite a lag between what the different departments decide to do, and when.

But, for example the Buzz Lightyear ride in MK is scheduled for rehab while we are there. If I see it offered as a fastpass, does that mean anything or do they just list all the attractions anyway? There is no use booking a fastpass for something I know will be dark. Just looking for probabilities, not guarantees.

I don't think it will show.

I went last May when potc was supposed to go down for rehab. We could get FP for it for the first two days of the trip only bc on the third day ( and for the remainder of the trip ) it was closed for rehab. So it never showed on the list after the second day. Hope that helps.

Disney is just about at its least reliable when it comes to announcing and following through on the advance scheduling of "refurbs."

We just did ours last week, and all of the rides that were listed as closed/refurb on the many websites that list such things were listed but not offered as a fastpass at all. I believe it was listed, but greyed out and showed as "refurb" or "closed for refurb" or something like that.

There was one surprise. Kali River Rapids hadn't been listed on any website, but when we logged in to make FP+ picks, it was not available.
