Can you book a FP+ during PM EMH?

Since the advance FP+ are only available to resort guests I was wondering whether you can book the PM EMH FP+ in advance.

Correct, but that only applies to the question of PM EMH.

During AM EMH, FP+ may be collected (at FP+ kiosks) for use during the latter part of the AM EMH (likely) and/or later in the day (certainly.)
