Fastpass+ and MVMCP questions

I have two questions:

1. We are arriving on Nov. 8th, staying 1 night hotel only at POP, followed by 12 days with dining at POP. My magic is only allowing me to book fastpass + starting on Sept. 10th. Anyone know why? Why wouldn't it let me start booking on the 8th or 9th?

2. We plan on going to MVMCP. From what I have read it will be added to our bands. We plan on not using one of our 10 park days on the day we are going. We just want to get there at about 4-5 for the party only. Will it take one of our days? I am pretty sure if anything screws up we can go to customer service, but I am hoping not as we plan on going to MK on are departure day and I don't want to waste anytime. 1. Are you accounting for 31 days in October? Personally I have to go to a calendar to do the math.

2. You can opt to have separate tickets sent to you. If so, use those to be sure a normal park day is not deducted.

Ok, did the math and we are 62 days and counting. We will ask for hard tickets for the party and not use our bands that night. Thanks for the reply


1 more question though. What time does the website allow for booking fastpass? Is it midnight EST?
