Fastpass and changed (not cancelled) hotel reservation

Will stay at Old Key West, initially from 11/30 to 12/2, and booked fastpass at 60 days mark for 11/30 and 12/1, but for various reasons, had to adjust, reduced one day, thus now we are staying 11/30 to 12/1. I had thought my fastpass on 12/1 shouldn’t be impacted, but still get one email from Disney saying it may get cancelled. Anybody in similar situation before? Will it get cancelled? Anything I can do?

Your assumption is correct. You are entitled to getting FP's on your check out day.
There have been reports of some folks getting the "we're gonna cancel" message and nothing actual happens.
You could always call Disney and raise your concern.
They can make a note in your file and if things blow up, it might make it easier for someone at guest relations or via the telephone to assist you.
