I originally read that you can't add your 4th fast pass from your phone, is that still true? Do you need to go to a kiosk?

Correct, that was the way it was last month. Once you make that 4th FP, you can modify it on the app (although sometimes my additional FP did not show up on the app).

As of 2 days ago that is true, cannot do it on app. My 4th never showed up on MDE either. It's a pain, not going to sugar coat it.

Correct. We just returned from the world and had to use the kiosks. What a PITA!!

Yes, but it isn't that bad. When we had to add another fastpass+, we only waited around 5 minutes, and that was in July! It is definitely worth the wait because you'd be waiting more for a ride anyway.
