Fastpass+ 60 days out window...

Tomorrow is our 60 day mark. Does the window open at midnight for us to start reserving?
 
It used to be midnight eastern time, but it recently changed to 7am eastern to coincide with when the customer service phone lines are open.

My 60 day window just opened about 11 days ago and I was not able to book until 6am CST.
