Fastpass+ 60 day question

We are doing a split stay October 1-6 and then October 6-11. Had to do two because run Disney would not let us have the discount longer. We will not be going to the parks the first part of the stay. If I link the tickets to the first part of the stay will I be able to make my fastpass+ reservations for the second part? The second part is under a different MDE Account. I understand I would have to have the first set of wrist bands to get into the park if that is the case.

1- Doubtful BECAUSE of your statement I marked as #2.

3- I wouldn't worry about which bands. New ones can be linked, but again, irrelevant.
