Fastlane Upgrade Coupon?

Just received my Fastlane card from Dollar and was wondering if anyone has used the upgrade coupon for a Full size when booking a compact? It, of course, says subject to availability. Has anyone not been able to upgrade?

Never used the Fastlane coupon, but had the BJ's coupon last week and ended up with a double upgrade from Intermediate to Luxury!! It pays to be nice to the guy behind the counter. Gotta love fastlane. 20 people waiting in line and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes using the fastlane line.
