What is the fastest way to get to each land in the MK? At rope drop I do not want to go alright which way do we go?

If you want to bypass Main Street at rope drop, you could get right on the train and take it to Adventure Land and start back there and work your way back to Main Street to exit the park.

I'd like to expand on this just a bit further, if I may.....
The train begins at Main Street Station then travels to Frontierland (not Adventureland) Station. This stop is the closest stop for Adventureland and Liberty Square.

The second stop is Mickey's Toon Town Fair Station, which is the closest stop for Tommorow Land and Fantasy Land.

From there, the Train returns to Main Street (completing a 20-minute full circle)

However.....please keep the following in mind:

At opening (rope drop), there is only ONE train running for approximately the first hour, 5 days a week (the second train being used for the Behind the Magic of Our Steam Trains Tour...every day except Sundays and Fridays). Therefore, if you don't make that first train on these days you will have a 20 minute wait until it comes back.

Also, Mickey's Toontown Fair does not open until one hour after park opening. Yes, you CAN disembark the train at the Toontown Station, but with the Toontown ropes up, you will have to follow the walking path up into Tomorrow Land and circle around the Tomorow Land Indy Speedway to get to Fantasy Land.

And, finally, if it is an Extra-Magic Hour morning early opening....the trains won't be running until regular park opening.

Hope this helps :)

To me, the only thing the train will get you to faster than walking is possible Splash Mountain and BTMRR. The fastest way to anything else is up main street after the first rope drop, and then at the various branches off the main hub for the 2nd rope drop. The train will almost never be a "faster" way to get around, but it is more relaxing. (Get off your feet.)

Around the hub is as follows:

West - Adventureland
Northwest - Liberty Square / Frontierland
North (through castle) - Fantasyland
Northeast - Fantasyland (Teacups/Pooh) / Toontown / Tomorrowland (Speedway)
East - Tomorrowland

The best advise for getting from one "land" to another: Look at a map. You generally can either cut through the hub or walk around the perimeter through all the lands. There are small short-cuts in a few places, (Between Frontierland and Adventureland where the bathrooms are, West of the castle (by the Cinderella fountain) to get from Fantasyland to Adventureland) but all of them are on the map if you look at it carefully.

To get from Fantasyland to Tomorrowland, you could also go back in time 10 years and take the Skyway...doesn't the park look so much more empty without it?
