Fastest way to EE

I'm looking at the map & thinking of cutting thru Dinoland to get to EE with the thought most will continue straight into the park & around the tree. When we were there last year the walls were up so I'm not sure where the entrance is. Is it closer to the bridge? What are you or did you do?

There are two ways to do it, and they're probably about the same. Still, my preference would be the Asia route - just head right as you enter the area in front of the Tree of Life, and keep going until you reach the entrance to Asia, then just continue on past it to the right.

Alternatively, head towards Dinoland, then towards the former Tarzan Rocks Theater - you'll pass it by and go straight to EE.

I walked it both ways last weekend.
The route across the bridge (in front of tree of life) and turn right heading into Dinoland then left towards the (old Tarzan show) is the shortest and fastest route.
If you head into Asia and then turn right before Kali River Rapids you actually walk quite a ways further than the entrance to EE. Further distance, slower route.

During the CM preview weekend, someone said that both routes were about the same in distance. It all depends on how many people choose your direction as to whether it will be faster or not.

Purely a guess but I think most people would go straight thru Asia.

based on the expert CM's we were with. That being said, word of caution, for the AP/DVC preview weekend, last Sunday the route through Asia to EE was blocked off. They were only letting people exit that way. If you wanted to ride the ride, you had to go through/past Dino area because that is how they were checking ID's. That may have been just for that weekend though or to control crowds.

that was just this past weekend. remember, most people always turn right when they enter a theme park.
