Fastest Way from Royal Pacific to US & IOA?

We will have a car...will check in for FOTL passes....only my husband and my daughter are going into the parks.....do I drop them off and where or is the transportation from the hotel better? Thanks!

Fastest is to walk. It is a 7 minute walk from the hotel to IOA.
