Fastest way back to hotel

So we're taking the 10:00pm Wishes Cruise (from Contemporary) then need to head back to Beach Club. We can't take monorail back and go thru Epcot (it closes at 9:00). I guess we walk back to MK and pick up the bus to Beach Club. I don't really want to fight the crowds exiting MK (which also closes at 10 - no e-ride night), but I know of no other way to get back to hotel.

Take bus from Contemporary to DTD and then pick up a Beach club bus from there.

You can take a cab. The bell station at the CR will be glad to call you one.

I vote for a cab. Sometimes when it's late and everyone is tired it is well worth the money and it is quite easy to do.

I wouldn't take the bus to DTD... they're notoriously slow and they pick up at the Poly and GF before heading out.

Best bet is to leisurely walk around Contemporary then walk to MK and take the bus to BC after most of the mob have left.

I agree with a cab. Unless we can go by bus or monorail - we always take cabs.

It's usually between six dollars and twelve dollars, depending on where you are going.

We spend a total of about $100. in cabs over the course of our trip - but we save HOURS not riding the bus.

We only get to go to WDW once a year, so to spend 1 or 2 hours a day waiting for or riding busses, when we only have seven precious days - makes it seem like cab fare well spent.

If you do go bus think about taking the Board Walk one. Beach CLub seems to run less often and the Board Walk is only a few minutes walk to get to Beach CLub.

At Downtown Disney We waited almost 45 mintes in May 2002 (It was about 9or 10PM at night) and ended up on a Board Walk Bus because Beach Club never showed in that time. (At night BoardWalk busses seem to split off from Beach Club from Downtown Disney and maybe other locations?)


Beach Club buses share with Swan, Dolphin, Yacht Club, Beach CLub anb sometimes BoardWalk.

We have always walked over to the Contemporary and taken a cab...unfortunately, more and more people are doing the same, but you will still be back to your hotel before most people. And less stressed!
