Fastbreak at Budget Car Rental

I perused the past threads about Fastbreak and I'm still a little confused. I have not enrolled yet and our trip is next week. If I signed up now, and didn't have the physical card, would I still be able to bypass the lines? There are both "yes" and "no" answers from past threads. Curious to see if anyone has used this recently and had success for first-time use.

I can’t help you with the Fastbreak question; however I would like to give you a warning about Budget at MCO. There is at least one counter agent – Bob L. #71843 – that will go as far to falsify your rental contract with unwanted add ons. He will insist that the OPTIONAL insurance is mandatory and required by Florida state law. He will also give you false information about the drop-off refueling of the vehicle. If you insist otherwise he will tell you they are removed and then cover a portion of the paperwork with his hand.

Don’t forget to review your contract prior to leaving the counter.

thanks for the heads up! i actually saw you post about that on another thread, and I will keep a lookout for him. DH was actually a rental car salesman for a few years, so I'm always confident with him doing rental car stuff (everything else, NO! ).
