So we are fortunate enough to take advantage of the Armed forces salute tickets for our upcoming trip. However I hear the tickets will not be available before our 60 day window for reserving our fastpasses. Here is my question.

I have a few tickets that we purchased in the past (free dining) that are still active. Could I link these tickets in order to reserve the fast passes? Would I than be able to link the Armed forces tickets to my account before our trip? I am not looking to cheat the system just trying to maximize the fast pass opportunities.

2. Yes, if you get them in advance. (Or, do so when you arrive.)
Have Guest Relations OUTSIDE the first park, set your Armed Forces tickets as
the Highest Priority. That way, those will be the tickets that will be used for
ADMISSION (and the FP+ will still work, regardless of which tickets are used for entry.)

3. No "cheating" involved.

If it helps at all, my BIL just bought these tickets at his base and was able to get them registered before his 60 day window.
