No limit to how many you can have at one time since WDW does not monitor when you use them. They are good for a one-hour window printed on the
FastPass.
Typically, after you get one FP you can another one 45-120 minutes later.
Wow, I must be remembering wrong. I thought you could only have one at a time. I was thinking you had to wait two hours after you used one before you could get a new one.
Your ticket will have the next available time for securing another Fast Pass typed @ the bottom.
When we were there last month, a park visitor heard me explaining Fast Pass to my MIL and she chimed in with the fact that your Fast Pass is still good outside the time window listed. In fact, she said that her family gets all their Fast Passes gathered up and then hit their fav rides, one after the other.
I suppose it could work but we are always so ready to walk that Fast Pass line as soon as the time window permits!!
Brief? Depends on your definition. But as has been posted, it will specifically say on the bottom of the Fastpass when you can get another Fastpass.
To re-explain what someone else said ... There is no monitoring of whether or not you've actually USED the Fastpasses you have. So yes, technically, you could amass a pocketful of them during the day at the park, but you'd have to amass them slowly, over time throughout the day.
I recall reading a multi-page thread recently with the OP asking do the Fastpass expiration times really matter? In other words, can you use a Fastpass AFTER the time window printed on the Fastpass? The official rule is that you can't. Most posters said they did it once or do it all the time with no problem. A few people related anecdotes that they were denied entrance to a ride/attraction because the FP was expired.
Precisely, and things could change without notice, so folks are well-advised to use FastPass as it is intended or risk being surprised by Disney beginning to enforce the time limit listed on the FastPass more strictly.
I have occasionally been able to use an expired FASTPASS but on busy days and at attractions with long wait times I have been turned away and seen others turned away for not having a valid (correct time FASTPASS). I don't personally see any point to having more than 2. I do usually get my next one right before I ride the last ride I got a FASTPASS on because unless you have a very long time the next window usually opens up 5 minutes after you can begin using your FASTPASS.
