We will be going to DW March 1-7. There will be 9 of us. I haven't made any FP+ selections because I am just to confused to wrap my head around where we will be when. :confused3 I do have a park picked out for each day we are at DW.

I understand the concept of it being so you don't have to wait so long in line, but it almost seems like it would stress me out more because instead of just going with the flow, we will be on a time schedule to be in a certain place at a certain time.

I tend to be very OCD and have to have everything on a schedule but I don't want to stress myself or the kids out on this vacation so I will be doing my best to just keep an open mind about when and where we will be, other than having certain parks designated for certain days of our trip.

How bad are the lines in March if you don't use Fast Pass+?

Unfortunately nobody can really answer that for you. FP+ has really changed the dynamics of touring. Until there has been a full year of the finalized FP+ system in place it will be really hard to predict what wait times will be like at any given time if the year.

Make your fp+ reservations in advance. Find a touring plan and follow it. Going with the flow (in my opinion) will find you spending a ton of time waiting in long lines. March is spring break and the parks will be crowded.

Make FP+ reservations. There is no obligation that you actually use them if you decide you don't want to on your park day. You can also attempt to change them while in the park if there is any availability. There is no longer any regular fast pass at any of the parks, so your 3 FP+ is all you will get. It's best to at least have something set up whether you use it or not.

ditto...

I would absolutely make FP+ reservations. Reservations can be easily changed on your smartphone to allow for going with the flow. If you don't use FP+ at all you will be waiting in 3 more long lines a day then necessary. If you don't end up using y our reservations you aren't out anything.
