Fast Pass+ with Toddler

Hi everyone,

I have signed up for fast passes on my disney experience for my family. However, I am unable to sign up for fast passes for my daughter who is 1. It says that she requires valid admission. I'm not sure if this is standard for kids under 3 since they don't need a ticket to the park? Has anyone else seen this?

I tried calling the technology line and was on hold for over 20 minutes yesterday and today.... but I gave up once it got to be too long.

You can just take them in like on any other ride. If they are under 3 they do not need to have a FP+ or FP- since they have no ticket.

I have heard otherwise. Since they now give magicbands to everyone on a reservation. Another girl said she made FP+ selections for her son who is under 2.

I also agree with the PP not like the toddler can wait for you. S/he has to be with mom or dad. I don't see the reason to even give under 3 a magicband. They should be for ticket guest only.

They sent me a MB for my 2yo, but I cannot make FP+ reservations for him because he doesn't have a ticket.

You can get a MB for everyone on the reservation but if it's for a toddler under 3 it will not be "active".

In other words, it will just be a bracelet for them to wear.

We travelled recently with another family. They have a 4 yo daughter. Obviously, she needed a MB. We didnt want my DD (2 1/2) to feel left out bc she didnt' have a mickey bracelet, so we got her one too.

It was just for show.

A FP is not needed for guests under 3.

Under three does not require admission or fp or fp+. They are an extension of you and can go on of or fp+ rides with you on your pass.
