Fast pass / ticket question

What is required to book fast passes as far as tickets go?

We will want 10 day tickets. It looked like you can get the parksavers 7 days for the price of 4 ticket and then upgrade them to 10 day tickets (or possibly an annual pass).

Does the my Disney experience app track your ticket type when it comes to fast passes? Would it only let me book 10 days of fast passes if we only linked 7 day passes?

Yes it tracks tickets and knows when they would be valid so you can only book the same number of days you have tickets for. how far away the date is depends on if your staying at a disney resort (60 days ahead of time) or not (30 days ahead of time).

If you have 7 day tickets, you will only be able to book FP for 7 days. You will have to wait until you are at DW to upgrade to 10 day tickets and book the additional 3 days of FP at that time.
