Fast pass suggestions for a newbie

Please help me figure out what fast passes I should try to get for our first family trip this September. My daughters will be 7.5yo, 5.5yo, 3.5yo and 1.5yo. My oldest is 49in, then 44in, 40in and then the baby. They also LOVE thrill rides/roller coasters. We plan to spend a day in Epcot, HS, AK and then two days in MK. What suggestions do you have? TIA!

BTW - Anna and Elsa meet and greet is a must!
