We can't schedule all of our fast passes yet (we've got to wait until 7 days out for some of our tickets), but I'm wondering when we should start with fastpasses for a mid June Saturday - 10:00am? 11:00am? When does the park get crowded with 20min+ lines?

You can schedule your 1st FP for 10:00 and use it at the end of the window ~ 11:00 or even 11:10. Then move on to your next FP.

At 7 days out you might have to just take what you can get.
There won't be any available for 7DMT, for example.

If you are scheduling using comp tickets, as long as they are linked to an MDE where a regular ticket or an onsite reservation is linked, you'll have either a 30-day window or a 60-day window.

We are using a castmember's passes. There are 5 in our family so we bought two tickets and will use the passes for the other three. Will we have 30 days under that scenario?

Yes. If the CM links their MDE account to your MDE account where regular tickets are linked, it opens up the 30-day booking window for the total group. The CM does have to book the FPs for the Guest Passes through his/her MDE because that's the only way to access the Guest Passes.

An easier option is to add the two guests using regular tickets to the CMs MDE and link the tickets there. In that way, you don't have to link MDEs because everyone will be in the CM's MDE.

Oh interesting - I (and I'm assuming she) had no idea. I've already added the two tickets to my MDE and assigned them to my kids. Is it too late to do it the other way? Also, can she unlink her MDE from ours after this trip or would we be MDE intertwined til death do us part? :love2:

20 minute lines will begin before 10am in June. It's the hour+ lines that you're trying to avoid during peak season, not the little 20 minute ones. I recommend using your 1st FP no earlier than 11am, as in the first two hours, crowds are lowest of the day. There also will not be much 4th FP availability in June.

Yes, you can Delete her from your MDE after the trip.

The only way to move everyone to her MDE is by linking the two MDEs together. You'd have to have two nicknamed kids added to her MDE and then reassign the tickets to them after you've linked the two MDE accounts. That really won't save you any time now that the tickets are already linked to your MDE.

My MDE is linked to my CM friend's MDE and it is set up so she can Add & View all plans. That will make FP booking by your CM friend very easy to do.
