Fast Pass release times

A friend told me she read about FP being released in batches on days that may have lower crowds at 10am 12m and 3pm. anyone heard this? she couldn't remember where or when she read it.

There have been reports of FP batches or "Drops" at certain times of the day. Most recently for SDD and FOP.

@JETSDAD had been following these drops and the times they had been occurring in a fairly recent post that I cant find.

This is a thing that people have been discussing. Right now it's a lot of testing and evidence gathering to figure out the trends. I can't say for sure what the times are that people claim, but they seem to be around when you mentioned. There's no hard proof really but there has been a fair amount of trends that seem to be popping up.

Oh it's real. They don't really want it discussed openly here, though it is discussed elsewhere. The locked thread that @Etch mentioned has a a couple of them outlined and hints to a couple of others. If you watch same day FP's enough you'll see them...they are obviously different from normal FP movement. When you see that happen, take note, watch on future days, and see if they reoccur.

Oh, and to add, none of the times mentioned are exactly correct but may be close....close doesn't always cut it with drops though especially as more people know about them and they get gobbled up quickly.

I’m going to stick to my planned FP times some of which are past the 12pm time but I may assess at or around the 3pm mark because we will be hopping most days or doing the 2nd half at either Epcot or HS due to staying at the Swan. Might be nice to get an additional few rides in if my 8yr old has the desire!

Thanks for the updates. Looked and found reported drop times. It will be interesting next month to see if it happens. Can only hope.
