Fast Pass Questions....

Do they start giving out fast passes even during EMH on fast pass capable rides? We've never stayed on site before so I don't know the answer to this question. Would have never occured to me if dh hadn't said something. Anyone know the answer to this?

This is a good question. If I remember..Keep in mind I just got married and went to DW and was all in ahh this past April...I think that they might as it gets closer to the park being offically open.
