:thewave:Need clarity on fast pass....can you get it as soon as the park opens? Example: If we all go to the left at MGM should one person run to rock and roller coaster to get fp?
But doesn't this person miss out on the attraction the rest of us are at? Do you have to have everyone's park pass?
Please help.
Peace

Yes, you can get FastPasses first thing in the morning. If you have 4 people in your group, you have to have 4 tickets to get 4 FastPasses, but one person can get all 4. I think the best thing to do is for all 4 people to go get FastPasses for one attraction, then go to the other attraction. If one person takes off without the group to get FastPasses first thing when the park opens, the FP person may miss out on riding the other ride. If you get there a bit before the park opening time, you will have almost no wait for your first ride of the day.

My suggestion for MGM is for all 4 of you to get your RNR FP's, then go ride ToT or vice versa. The lines should still be minimal for the non-FP attraction that you are doing. If you do this as soon as the park opens, when you are finished with the 1st attraction it will be time for the FP's at the 2nd attraction.

Hi, Brock!:wave2:
Welcome.

Yes, FP is usually available as soon as the park opens. I say usually because sometimes when attendance is down FP may not be operating. But generally speaking, yes, FP is available as soon as the park opens.

And yes, you will need each person's park ticket to obtain the FP. If someone wants to run ahead and get them, that's fine. It won't really take that long that someone will need to miss an attraction.

Have fun!

True, if one person runs ahead of you and gets the FastPasses while the rest of the group walks to a different attraction, the FP person can probably catch back up before you get in line. I know I hate it though, if a party has sent one person to get FP's while they wait in line, and then said person comes and cuts and pushes through half of the line to catch up to the rest of the group.

I guess my thinking was that if the party splits up and one person goes one way, while the rest goes another direction at the same time and gets in line, then the single person would get there after the rest of the party had gotten in line. If they run ahead though, and run to catch up, it can work.
