Fast Pass Questions?

1. How exactly does Fast Pass work? As soon as my FP availability opens, is it open to book for ALL my park days? I believe I can start booking on the 25th, so does that mean I can book for each park stay or only the first day, then on the 26th I can do the second day, etc..
2. Should I try to stay on schedule with my advance dining and extra magic hours or should I prioritize a FP over everything? Example: Say I get a FP for FoP for a Monday but I planned to go to MK that day for EMH/ADR. Should I grab that FP anyway? Skip it? I feel like the extra hour in the park would be more beneficial than grabbing the FP but I'm not 100% sure.
3. Can multiple people log in and book FP at the same time? I was hoping to have my BF ready to grab FPs with me but I don't know if that would mess it up or not.
4. Last question, sorry, how early should I be online and ready to book FPs?

Sorry if these have been asked and answered. I'm currently reading the FAQ for FP but I have trouble reading a ton of information at once so I thought I'd ask separately. Thanks!

1. Yes, you can book for all days through the end of your resort stay if you are staying onsite.

2. There is always something available to work around your ADR's and such. Get your high-priority stuff, then fill in around your plans with something less crucial.

3. I probably would not try to do that on the same account. The website is picky enough as it is.

4. They open at 7 AM Eastern Time, so be online accordingly. Honestly, only Slinky Dog Dash, Avatar Flight of Passage, and maybe Seven Dwarfs Mine Train are very hard to get. Tip: If you want one of those, it is best to start by booking your last day as it is the furthest day out with the fewest number of people having been able to book yet. Work back to your first park day.

I did finish reading and the questions weren't really answered...

Question 1:
- Onsite guests can book FPs for their entire stay including arrival day and departure day, for as many days as they have tickets for. The maximum number of days is at least 14—reliable data beyond this number is unclear. Practically speaking, this means FPs can be booked for more than 70 days away.
- Offsite guests can book no more than 30 days in advance. This means FPs must be scheduled day-by-day for each day of the stay, assuming the guest wants the widest possible choice of FPs available for each day of their stay.

Question 4:
- The booking window opens at 7:00a Eastern Time each day.

Question 2 is personal preference and therefore not addressed.

Question 3 is not answered, and I will probably add it. The answer is “yes”.

My husband and I both get on at the same time (sitting next to each other, me on the phone and he on laptop) to do our FPS and ADRs, and never had a problem. We have it down to a science now.
I, (groom/bride's name), take you, (groom/bride's name), to be my (husband/wife), to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, to reserve Disney FPs and ADRs, until we are parted by death. This is my solemn vow.
Heartwarming!

Question 1 I was asking if the entire stay opens the day your fast pass booking begins, which I think I understand now that it does. Also I see that it starts at 7am but I was asking if it was better to log on at like, 6am or something - didn't know if there was heavy traffic on the website that makes it hard to log in. I would really love to know if Question 3 works or if it'd just screw everything up lol! We usually use the strategy for other events like concert presales and it ends up working. Never been to Disney or booked FPs so didn't know if the website would allow multiple devices logging in on the same account or not. Thanks for the answers though appreciate it!

Glad to know it works. I know some websites won't allow you to login to the same account from multiple devices at the same time so thank you for sharing!

There’s no point in logging in early. No FPs will be available to book until exactly 7am eastern.
Many people are able to have multiple family/friends log into one account and work together.

Note: the website is super glitchy (to an embarrassing degree for Disney IMO) so be prepared for things to not go as smoothly as they should in theory . There are a lot of work-arounds for the glitches however - eg. using the website instead of the app, using Chrome browser in incognito, etc.

Good luck!
