Fast Pass questions and please critique....

Hello,
Myself and my 2 daughters (8,10) will be at WDW mid-July. We are going with a group, so we just now got access to our tickets. First, When I went to make FB selections for Epcot, the new Frozen show was pretty much the only "good" ride that was still available and the only FP was at 3:30. So, if I select that one, does that mean I won't be able to try and get a FP for Soarin' or Test Track until after I've used it at 3:30? The other thing is that we have an early morning breakfast at Garden Grill at 8:10. Will I be able to beat the crowds to Test Track or Soarin' that morning?

As far as my other FP selections:

MK: We are doing Early Morning Magic, so that will take care of 7 Dwarfs, Pooh, and Peter Pan.
My FP's: Jungle Cruise 9:20, Big Thunder 10:25 and Splash Mountain 11:30

AK: K. Safari 9:50, X Everest 10:55, The Jungle Book 8:25pm

HS: Toy Story 9:00, Star Wars 10:40, Frozen Sing-a-long 12:00

Epcot: Garden Grill at 8:10, FP's: The Seas with Nemo 9:40, Spaceship Earth 10:45, Frozen 3:25
