What I found to be easiest was a bit of a roundabout way of doing it, but it saved a lot of time. I knew exactly what time frames I wanted things but the system throws out a suggested set of options. After fiddling with the first few days and shifting things so they wouldn't clash to enable me to adjust other things, I started selection the option that was the furthest away from what I wanted. For example if I wanted morning FP's I selected the late evening set first and then went in and manually changed them very easily. The system is straightforward, although I found it was unnecessarily time consuming. I had no need to improve the times after I made them because using this method, I could pick what I wanted to start with. The biggest challenge when changing is if you have your three say from 10-11, 11-12, and 12-1 and you want to change them, you have to either shift them all in the right order or you need to change the one that clashes/overlaps with another to an unsuitable time to get it out of the way before you can move another. It will all make more sense once you start using it, but it wasn't difficult to make changes. I have an ADR that as been moved to different times and dates 3 times and of course this affected the FP's on those days.
