fast pass question

for someone whoi has been recently and used the fastpass system well...are you still allowed to use expired fast passes ( like a couple of hours later)...or are they making you stick int he time frame window

I normally have never had a problem using an expired fastpass. That being said it is up to discretion of the CM and at busy times you may be declined entrance to the attraction. I have heard this happening alot lately at Soarin'.

That's really it: You're not allowed to use expired FastPasses, except when the attraction wasn't operating during your FastPass return period. You can ask the CM for a special exception, if you wish, but be prepared for them to say no.

I have never had a problem used an expired fast pass either. Not that I make a habit of this, but life happens and they usually go with the flow at Disney. I can certainly understand why they would decline people at places like Soarin'.

Last summer I asked a cm at test track about this. She said they usually will let you use an expired fast pass (as long as it is the same day). However when I went back to soarin later that day the guy questioned me and I told him what the cm told me and he let me go but gave me new fp tickets. I think because Soarin gets such long lines they have to abide by the fp times. The remainder of the vacation we played around with the fp's and were never questioned, used them at tower of terror, rock n roller coaster, kilomanjorie safari, test track and a bunch of places in mk.
