Hello! This will be our first time visiting under the new Fast Pass + system and while I feel I've done my research well there are a few outstanding questions I was hoping someone could help me with.

In my family we have a 10 year old, 9 year old and 4 year old. The 10 year old wants to do every roller coaster possible, 9 year old likes some like BTMR, and 4 year old is not tall enough to ride most. I do plan on splitting up and sending my husband on some rides while I take the younger two to do meet and greets but what do I do about booking Fast Pass + for the youngest?

For Example, for a MK day - I get my 3 choices:

Mine Train
Space Mountain
Splash Mountain

after we have done those 3 say I want to reserve Peter Pan FP+ for all of us.

Do I just do FP+'s for the 4 of us for those 3 attractions and just book 4 year old for Peter Pan? I know I could pick other FP's for her but the rest of us wouldn't have one and I can't just send her on something herself. Can I just not pick fast pass's for her?

I might not be making sense. Maybe someone could share how they book FP+ with different age groups in mind.

Also - on our last visit we made great use of the rider swap system. Is that still in effect? As long as my 4 year old is not tall enough to get on a ride we can still do it correct?

Thank you in advance - I was so prepared last trip, now with FP+ I feel like a novice.

You really need to utilize Rider Swap when scheduling Fastpasses for rides where your child is too short to ride:
Schedule FPs for two riders and at the first FP tapstiles, ask for a Rider Swap ticket. Three riders can then ride on the swap without needing a FP.

This will open up lots of FPs for everyone, including your 4 year-old.

anyone know how strict they are about the rider swap? My daughter will just turn 4 right before our trip but she is tall! She is a hair taller than 43 inches right now so by trip time she will probably be at 44 inches which makes her tall enough for lots of rides she would never go on. If we ask for a rider swap no one is breaking out the measuring stick are they?

It absolutely depends on the CM who is staffing that ride entrance when you are there.
