Hi everyone,

We are planning our first off site trip as well and using fast pass plus for the first time. After reading another thread about on site guests not getting everything they wanted 60 days out, I am nervous about being able to reserve things that we want to do with fast pass plus.

I don't care about the Anna/Elsa greeting but would like a fast pass for the SDMT.

Does anyone have thoughts about if fast passes at reasonable times will be available? With a little one times like 7 or 8pm are too late for rides.

I went the week before Easter & our last day was Good Friday. We didn't have any problems getting the fp+ 's that we wanted, & even changed some times within a couple of weeks. Sdmt may be your only problem, but I'm not sure about everything else, since we were there during a peak time. Good luck!

We just made ours over the weekend for our trip starting 8/26. We got what we wanted including SDMT at 5:40 pm. I still don't know that I like the system but we did get our choices. Good Luck.

I'm staying onsite but booked FP+ at about 45 days out instead of 60.

I got 7DMT for all 3 of my MK days and they are scheduled for:

4:50 pm
9:10 am
9:50 am

At that time I had many options. The first one is that late only because it's our arrival day.

I'd schedule what you can when your window opens and then check back regularly to see if earlier times are available (if you don't get what you want). I hear lots of reports of things opening up closer to your trip.

We were there the second week of June right after 7DMT opened and were staying offsite. We booked our FP+ right at the 30 day mark and had no trouble getting 7DMT in the afternoon. Only issue with that was the storm that sulphur down the ride BUT when it reopened they were honoring FPs that expired while the ride was closed. If you list it as your top priority l, it will give that as the first option usually. I agree with the pp, take whatever is offered that is most doable for you and then try to retweak it necessary. Good luck!

And if I knew the answer to that question........ I wouldn't have asked my original question. Anyone else know and care to share with me.

Go to Disney's website and set up a My Disney Experience account.

Then you link your tickets to your account. Since I booked a package through Disney and am staying onsite I didn't have to do this manually but I think you enter your ticket numbers on the site.

Then there's a section for booking FastPasses. You can book as many days as you have tickets for. They don't have to be consecutive but they have to be within the next 30 days. Simply select a date, select a park, then select the attractions you'd like FP+ for and it will give you time options. Select what looks best to you. You can always log in to My Disney Experience and tweak the times or change the attractions.

It's good to hear so many have gotten good times for their FF+! it makes me hopeful, especially since we are going during a slower season (Beginning of December).

thanks for the feedback!

I see someone else asked this same exact question on the main park board so I will be following that as well to see other responses.

We went the first week of June, stayed off-site, and got FP for everything we wanted and for the times we wanted at 30 days out. We FP SDMT for both days we visited MK.

Have fun planning your trip! :)

I MADE MOST OF OUR FPS 60 DAYS OUT. WENT BACK YESTERDAY TO CHANGE A RIDE TO 7DTR AND NO! ALL GONE, EXCEPT STANDBY! I DON'T KNOW HOW 30 DAY OUT PEOPLE WILL GET THIS RIDE W/O A LONG WAIT. ALL THE MORNING TIMES FOR RIDES ARE ALSO GONE NOW. PM IS OK.:cool2:

We are staying off site for the first time in ages in a few weeks. We were extremely disappointed to find out that mine train was unavailable 30 days out. Bummer. We didnt get FP+ for that or for A&E. We are really discouraged. :(

You never know when it will come up, we got one last minute 2 weeks ago for the day of. Someone must have cancelled last minute and it freed up.
