Fast pass plus when family is not doing same park

If two members of my family will be going to Epcot and on the same day the other two members are going to Magic Kingdom, can I make three fast passes for the two people at Magic Kingdom and three fast passes for the other two at Epcot? I have only made fast pass plus reservations when we have all been going to the same park on the same day so I wasn't sure how this worked.

Yes - just make them separately! Choose the day and the park and then just choose the guests who want the FP for that park and make them. Then go back and repeat for the same day different park and choose the other guests.
