Fast pass plus and magic bands

I booked my trip thru dreams unlimited for early April paid my deposit, the balance is not due until after my 60 day time frame to set up fast passes, will I be able to set up fast pass times if trip is not paid for in full? and do they not ship magic bands until paid in full?

1. Yes.

2. They don't ship the MBs until about a month before your check-in date, anyway.

But, once you're booked and have paid the deposit, the pre-trip activities will be ready to go.

As long as you have both Disney resort reservation and park admission linked to MDE, you can start making FP+ selections at 60 days from check-in (even if not paid in full). MagicBands are not shipped out until 30 days from check-in.

Has the travel agent given you the confirmation number from disney (not the confirmation from them, but the actual Disney one)? If so, put it into MDE and you should be good to go. If not, make sure to get that before your 60 day mark so you can book FP+.
AS others said, MBs are 30 days (or less) from travel so you will be paid in full by then.
