Fast Pass Plus 60 Day Window

We may or may not make a trip to WDW in early May. But I read a really good article on Fast Pass Plus which said Fast Passes can be claimed 60 days out. Given we are inside 60 days, am I out of luck on the best slots?

you can make them at 60 days when you are staying on site at Disney. You are probably out of luck for ANna and Elsa. But you never know. If you dont have a resort reservation you have to wait until 30 days out (and have tickets attached to your account).
