Fast pass limit reached?

Has anyone seen this error? I am trying to make reservations for fastpass+. I was able to make reservations for one day for all 3 of us any other day I can only make them for myself. It says fastpass limit reached for the other 2 members of my party. I have an annual pass the other two have the DVC promo ticket.

I've read that there is a known glitch with FP's and the DVC promo ticket where you can only reserve one day of FP's. Apparently IT is working to correct it.

Thanks for the reply! Hopefully they can fix the glitch soon! So far this has been the trip planning from heck. Yesterday, my flight randomly got deleted and I had to call the airline to get it fixed and rebooked and now this. Luckily the day I was able to book for everyone, I got the seven dwarves mine train.
