Fast pass in the morning?

Hey--

I just heard something about fast pass return times being unavailable for the first hour or two of park opening? Has anyone experienced this? I think it's supposed to be a very recent change...

We have seen this in various parks first thing in the morning when crowds are light and there really is no need for FP. Usually as soon as lines start to develop, they open the FP machines.

i just read thst Disney had decided not to "man" the fastpass return lines until 10am. so if you go on an EE day to MK and grab a FP for say Winnie the Pooh at 810am the return time will be 10 am or later. On EE days they used to have earlier return times. Now to save $$ on salaries they won't have the people there to take your FP's.
