Fast Pass Idea

On our first trip to Disney my husband and I got fastpasses to use for Kilamanjaro Safari. We went to Rafiki's planet watch during the wait time and our kids had a ball. It was so hot though and by the time they rode the train back they were pooped out and needed a break. So we decided to head back to the hotel. On our way out I gave my fast passes to some other people. It just seemed like a reasonable thing to do, and man oh man did it ever make people giddy! So after that, I decided whenever reasonable to grab fp's and pass them out on our way out of the park. It was so much fun to spread the Disney magic!! I am looking forward to it again!

We did this for TOT after my then 8 yo DS (and I chickened out. We made 2 teenage girl's day.

I tried to do this at Space Mountain with FPs we couldn't use, but everyone was looking at me like I was insane. After 5 minutes of trying to give them away, I ended up throwing them out.

We had extras for Space MOuntain as 2 in our party chickened out...my 7 yo DD gave them to 2 teenage girls in the long wait line and you would have thought that they won the lottery !!

We always do this and what is interesting is we usually have to tell them what they are and how to use them. People in long lines at SM are usually clueless to FP.

We have been on both ends - have received them and have given them away. To those that gave us your FPs - thanks again! and to those we gave our FPs to - hope you enjoyed the ride!

I think that is a wonderful idea. I can't tell you how grateful my family was on our very first time at MK (during an unbelievably crowded day) for someone to hand us Winnie the Pooh FP's. It has been several years and I'm still giddy!!
