With the strict enforement of FP return times Im really surprised Disney doesnt enforce other things.

With recent happenings/changes, seems Disney is enforcing what needs to be enforced if they feel it needs to be.

Consider the following:

1. FP return times are now being enforced (whether a product of FP+ or not)

2. New resort refillable mug policy - no more opportunity for guests to use mugs from previous trips.

So, having said that, not sure why you feel Disney isn't enforcing other things. :confused3

stop making groups walk down the middle of roads and paths. If Disney would allow guests to walk on the sides of paths and roads people could walk without bumping into each other all the time. tic

I agree with jojosam - what other things? Maybe this is just a thread starter for everything others think Disney is not enforcing. Think I'll be not following this thread at all.

1. No more or less than five people per row on the tram.
2. No loitering around FP queue entrances.
3. No walking 8-abreast down the middle of Fantasyland.
4. No birthday buttons unless it's your actual birthday.
5. No more than 45 seconds to meet a character.
6. No Poly Beach Wishes crashing.
7. No non-monorail resort guests on the resort monorail.
8. No pixie-dust gifting of FastPasses to others.
9. No GACs without a doctor's note notarized in triplicate.
10. No use of resort buses without showing a resort key--for that resort.

Sounds like someplace I want to visit. ;)

I'd settle for just one: no cutting in line (and no, I don't count using a FP as cutting).

The most important (well maybe not that important) one isnt on the list. Put your thinking caps on to win a cigar

oops we're guilty of 5 of those - guess I should look out for our faces on a Disney most wanted poster :rotfl2:

You have to cross #9 off the list, unfortunately. It is against federal law! :(

47. Anyone using flash photography in a dark ride will be automatically sentenced to three hours of consecutive rides on it's a small world for the first offense, and six hours on the second? (Automatic double sentence for using flash photography during your punishment rides, of course.)

4. No birthday buttons unless it's your actual birthday.

I would change this one to "Only wear a Birthday button once a year". When we went in October (my birth month) we were not there for my actual birth DAY. So I chose a alternate day to celebrate my birthday. I only wore my pin on that day.

Some people want to celebrate at WDW but can't travel on their actual birthday.

I know what you mean though. I've read trip reports where 3 people with birthday's 6 months apart are all wearing their birthday pins every day of the trip.

Oh, my list is mostly facetious. Many of these are dependent on common courtesy, which is of course not as common as it used to be. Enforcement of any of them, however, is mostly a silly exercise.

Let me introduce you to FP+, where everything is linked to your super duper magic band! Unless you're going to throw your magic band to a random guest and say "here, if you run you can make to our 4:13PM FP+ slot at COP, just let the band at any guest relation spot afterwards!", I say days of fairydusting others with FP will be pretty much over.

Enforcement of Fastpass times and now resort mugs are just the beginning. Disney will address all these issues for the sole purpose of eliminating all the controversial threads about WDW on the Dis. ;)

I've been hearing about a lot of pull-behind wheeled bags, cases, and coolers slipping through when they're not supposed to be allowed. Also, line cutting and flash photos in dark rides are rarely dealt with.

WE HAVE FOUND THE SOLUTION!
