Fast Pass? Different with DVC Points

Hi there,

I logged into My Disney Experience today to purchase our tickets for Magic Kingdom and then went into the Fast Pass menu and see that the window for booking Fast Pass is only showing 30 days out. We have booked in at Animal Kingdom Lodge, using DVC points rented through Dave's Vacation Club. The reservation shows up in My Disney Experience, so everything appears to be linked exactly as it should. My understanding is that the Fast Pass booking window is 60 days if you are staying on resort - think it is a glitch or is it because we booked with DVC points?

Should be no difference between a DVC reservation and any other reservation. All my DVC reservations have been 60 days with no issues.

You will have a 60-day window when you are exactly 60 days out from your resort check-in date.

Ah yes..you actually have to be 60 days out before you can see the full 60 days.

If you are already within 60 days then you do have a glitch.

If you bought tickets outside of a package then you will always have a rolling 30 days. Once your 60 day window opens up you get 60 days plus length of stay. The 60 days only opens once it is exactly 60 days from your stay.

are you within your 60 day window right now?
if not then that is why its only showing for 30 days.
when your 60 day window opens it will allow you to book your FP+.

do you have tickets linked to your MDE?

I had this issue last night when my 60-day window opened up. I tried booking FP+ on my laptop, first through Firefox and then through Chrome. I cleared the cache, and the days still didn't open up. I switched over to the MDE app on my iPad and was able to book everything I wanted.
