Fast Pass+ and Parker Hopper Question

I have 3 fast passes for HS in the morning on one day. We plan to park hop to MK after those are used. Can I go on my phone to get Fast passes for MK or do I have to wait to get to MK and use a Kiosk to get 3 more? Also, do I have to wait until all 3 HS fast passes are used to get new ones or can I get another 1 after the first 1 is used?

when is your trip? For now you can only make FP after the intial three from the kiosk where you are heading.
