Fast food at MCO?

Is there any place to get a fast food supper near the gates at MCO? Our flight doesn't leave until 8 p.m., but according to the website they ask you to be there over 2 hours ahead. We will also have to return the rental car. Just want to make sure we can feed the kids while we wait for the plane at the gate.

We typically fly on Southwest and there is a Sbarros and a McDonalds in that terminal.

I forgot to mention we are flying Continental.

The food court is before you go through Security, and it has TONS of options. Off the top of my head:

McDonald's
Nathan's Hot Dog/Arthur Treachers Fish (combo)
Ice Cream Shop
Noodle Bowl shop
Deli-type Sandwich Shop
Chik-Fil-A

There is also a Chili's and a Caribbean-type sit down restaurant, and they are going to be opening a Macaroni Grill.

Options are much more limited once you get past security.

Our flight is at 8:00 p.m. At what time do we need to go thru security? I was thinking that we would need to eat near the gate after we had checked in.

I know there's a Burger King in one of the terminals, after security, but I'm not sure which one. I'd say if there's a McDonald's in one and a BK in another, you're pretty safe that there will be some sort of fast food!

This has a map of all the terminals. If you want fast food I suggest eating in the food court. I know the gates I usually fly out of don't have much of a selection.

There's a Burger King, Cinnabon, Starbucks and a bar at Terminal A, (I think that's the terminal). We flew American.

Continental uses terminal A, gates 2,4,6,8 or something close to that.

Once you get off the tram, there is a central area (hub of a wheel)where there is a burger king. When you head to your gate, you will take one of the spokes. In that section, there is a place (near gate 7) where you can buy sandwiches and drinks and snacks.
