Fasspasses and EMH

Wondered if the fastpass machines are up and running during EMH - for time slots and attractions that open at 9.00am ie after EMH has ended.

For example, I wondered if you could enter MGM at 8.00am on EMH, ride ToT and RNRC then get a fastpass for say, Little Mermaid before heading off in the direction of Startours etc and maybe getting a 9.30/10.00am slot for LM.

Anyone ever tried this?

I was hoping somebody who knew the answer to this and was POSITIVE about it would answer, because I'm not absolutely sure. But I think the answer is yes.

With rides, as I recall I think you want to wait until about half way through EMH to get a return time that's going to occur after official opening. But with LM it should be a very safe bet almost first thing, since that is a "scheduled" show, and the first performance after official opening.

Pigby: While we were there last month, I got fastpasses for LM while my husband was going on TOT and RNRC during EMH. From there, he met us at the entrance of LM for the first show.
